I planted and harvested 10 different varieties of herbs and created my own tea blends to raise money for my Seed to Table program. Chocolate Mint was my personal favorite :)

Frida Kahlo is mystical, magical, unapologetic, and authentically herself. Her passion and fierceness inspired me to meticulously choose to grow all her vegetation in her paintings and recreate a smaller version of Casa Azul.
Lettuce Garden
My lettuce project was where I harvested over 200 heads of lettuce that fed the students, staff, and faculty for three weeks in my schools salad bar. I planted, watered, nurtured and harvested what most people thought was impossible.
